The event organised by the International Blue Crescent Relief and Development Foundation (IBC) with the contributions of Şişli Municipality was attended by representatives of the Alliance of International Doctors (AID), Genç Hayat Foundation and Afghanistan Hazaras Culture and Solidarity Association. In the workshop good practises on conflict management, team skills, conflict resolution and empathy were presented by IBC Social Cohesion Supervisor İrem Tok.
