The International Blue Crescent Relief and Development Foundation (IBC) continues to support earthquake-affected families in Hatay-Kırıkhan, Adıyaman, and Kilis under the CLIP 2 Project. Through the “Multipurpose Cash Assistance and Emergency Education Support” initiative, significant achievements were made between July 16 and November 15, 2024:

  • Multipurpose Cash Assistance (MPCA): Cash support of 25,080 TL per person was provided to 1,022 households.
  • Education Support (Cash2Lift): 1,929 children received 5,200 TL per child to continue their education.
  • Education-Focused Case Management: Issues preventing access to education for 450 children were identified and resolved.
  • Field Studies: 1,775 households were visited to assess families’ needs.

This project has helped families overcome financial difficulties while ensuring children continue their education uninterrupted. At the same time, it has revitalized the local economy and strengthened community resilience.
