Project completed

Ermetal Technological Education Foundation (ERTEV) aims to develop professional and technical skills of individuals for efficient use of new technologies emerging with digital transformation and automation processes. It aims to reduce the skill mismatch observed in the labour market via a STEAM approach and Maker perspective. In line with this aim, it develops and carries out education-oriented projects. Launched to develop trainings and capacities for the 4th Industrial Revolution, domestic production and entrepreneurship ecosystems, ERTEV is an education technologies platform driven by 47 years of experience of Ermetal Group of Companies.

About the project

The project aims to improve the social cohesion and school motivation of children aged 7 to 13, who feel like a failure for a variety of social reasons, are unaware of their abilities due to a social adaptation problem and are at risk of being excluded from school, by increasing their communication through STEAM-based education.
