Productive Children
About the project
The overall objective of the project is to empower children under risk, through a STEAM approach. It has the objective to boost school motivation and social adaptation of children from host and refugee communities between the ages of 7 and 13, who have a feeling of failure due to various social and economic reasons.
Project activities aim to increase the communication between host and refugee communities/children. In this context, practical STEAM trainings will be offered, where children can both identify their own abilities and reduce the feeling of failure they encounter. These trainings will increase peer learning among children and instil the awareness of being a team. Following the project activities, beneficiaries are expected to have high school motivation, not to hesitate to communicate, to respect differences, not to bully their peers and to identify their own abilities.
