Project completed
Social and Economic Integration of Afghan Refugees
About the project
The overall objective of the project is to ensure the integration of Afghans in Aksaray province and districts into social and economic life and to improve their living conditions.
The project aims to help Afghans in Aksaray both to facilitate learning the host language and to enable them to enter the employment market through vocational training programmes and modules. Thus, it aims to accelerate the social integration process of Afghans for political, cultural and social peace. This project and its outcomes will make significant contributions to raise awareness about the problems faced by refugees such as prejudiced attitudes, discrimination, social exclusion, language problems and unemployment.
