Emeni Dedo’s journey demonstrates resilience in the face of war’s hardships. After losing many loved ones to the conflict, Emeni and her family faced the difficult task of rebuilding their lives when they arrived in Türkiye in 2014. They, along with a great number of others, fled to Türkiye in search of a better future despite the difficulties they faced.

Emeni, a cancer patient, is responsible for taking care of the family’s finances, particularly since her spouse is disabled. Emeni and her family receive vital financial support through the CLIP 2 Project, which is facilitated by IBC, offering much-needed relief. Their burden has been lowered and they are now able to concentrate on bettering their lives thanks to this help with managing their housing and medical bills.

While they continue to face challenges such as high medical costs and frequent hospital visits, CLIP 2’s support and the solidarity of others have had a significant impact on their lives. Emeni is grateful for the assistance, which gives her hope for a better future and motivates thousands of others to keep moving forward.
