A psychosocial group support session was organized in March 2026 by the Cappadocia Women’s Solidarity Association, bringing together 15 Afghan and Iranian women with children. The session focused on the impact of stress on daily life, how the mind functions under pressure, and practical coping strategies. Participants shared their personal experiences in a safe environment, fostering a collective space for learning and mutual support.
Throughout the session, women were encouraged to draw strength from one another, exchange experiences, and develop practical strategies to cope with stress. The interactive format supported both individual awareness and the strengthening of social support networks.
Overall, the session contributed to enhancing psychological well-being while also creating a safe and empowering space within the community.
