Ankara Vocational Training, Education, Culture, Art and Tourism Association is a vocational training and employment organisation. MESEDER has been working on vocational education and job placement in Ankara for 13 years, with the belief that diversity and equal participation of all communities are the keys to improving equal access. Since then, the association has been able to expand capacity for a variety of Turkish and foreigner people, including Syrians. Its specific knowledge of vocational education, employability, networking skills, expertise in accessing job industries and problem analysis enables it to work and contribute to the correct field. MESEDER’s work focuses on disadvantaged groups in various locations including Kırıkkale, Bursa and Mersin.
