Since 2015, Malatya Ya-Şam Association has specialised in providing humanitarian aid assistance to refugees in Malatya. It seeks a dignified life and coexistence for refugees, as well as the establishment of a community environment of dignity, safety and prosperity. Malatya Ya-Şam has been working to improve refugees’ access to all of their rights in Türkiye, as well as their economic and social wellbeing, by providing protection, education and social services.
Malatya Ya-Şam’s work focuses on reaching the most vulnerable refugees by carrying out numerous activities in remote districts, towns and villages in Malatya.
The association builds capacity in developing and strengthening its system and programme departments as well as its staff in order to provide high-quality services throughout the projects.
